- My name is Annelyse. I came to Scotland 17 years ago, originally for 10 months but I am still here today. In 2005, I discovered lampwork beadmaking. Glass, beads, jewellery and everything in between will be the subjects of this blog. I live between two languages. English is not my mother tongue and although I am fluent, there is much space for improvement. French is my native language but unfortunately I have lost my confidence in speaking and writing it after so many years of not practising it on a daily basis. I am hoping that this blog will help me improve my skills in both languages.
